Please review your last statement to make sure the information is correct and accurate. Remember, the information in your statement is the determining factor for making your reservation. If there are errors or you need to make changes, send them via email as soon as possible. If you need a statement, please let us know. Airline Information. It is your responsibility to make sure that the airline information is correct. Please review the information on our web site at www.foreignstudy.com/Airline.htm for all airline procedures and luggage limitations. The last day to make airfare changes prior to ticketing is May 1st. The name on your statement should be the same as the one in your passport.
Courses. We are conducting our last review and checking the enrollment in each course and canceling those with insufficient enrollment. Therefore, make sure you have selected your courses. Please note that if you wait until Spain to choose your courses, you run the risk that the course will be closed or cancelled. ID photo. (Madrid Program Only). Your ID photo is required to enter the dorm’s dining room and for the optional tours. If we do not have your picture, then we will not be able to issue your ID card and the dorm personnel may not allow you to enter the dining room. You will not be able to participate in the optional tours without an ID – your ID is your ticket. Please send your photo now. If we have to issue your ID in Spain, there will be a $5 fee per instance. Optional Tours. We are in the process of adjusting the space reserved; therefore, if you are interested in participating in any of our optional excursions, please let us know immediately so that we can make sure you have a place in the tour. You are allowed to cancel/change any tour prior to June 10th. After June 10th, there WILL NOT be any refund for unused tours or cancellations. There are no exceptions. Tours are not transferable. City tours and museum visits are not sold individually. Important! A note about our itinerary of cultural activities: Our programs provide the opportunity to see some of the most important places, museums, and monuments in Spain. We offer a full itinerary with plenty of free time to explore on your own. However, some of you may find the schedule too much and others not enough. Most will enjoy the opportunity to see Spain to the fullest. In any event, unless you are participating in the short programs, please remember that the optional activities are optional. Six Week Participants. If you are participating in the SIX Week program in Malaga, there is a package of tours to Sevilla, Granada, and La Costa del Sol for $110. If interested, please enroll now. Prepare trip. We suggest you periodically visit our web site for information regarding the programs and Spain. The section “Prepare Trip” has information regarding packing, electricity, money, and other tips. It also has the latest updates and news about the programs and links to download information about the places you will visit while away from the main study location.
