 *CHECK LIST & REMINDERS 

1.       MAILING ADDRESS: We will be mailing [2] Forspro luggage tags to every student for their trip. We will also be mailing your FINAL statement which will include all the information we used to make your reservation. Please make sure the address listed in your statement is the address you would like these materials mailed to you.

2.       EMAIL ADDRESS: The email address we have listed in your statement is the one we use to send your e-ticket. Please make sure we have the correct email address so you receive your e-ticket properly. To avoid the e-ticket being sent to a spam folder, indicate our email address as “safe” in your email program.

3.       EXCURSIONS (Madrid program only):

a.       Barcelona Tour – Closed.

b.       Lisbon Tour – Remains open. We will continue to take requests for this tour until June 1^st.

c.       Please note you may not switch from one tour to another. We do not allow cancellations, refunds, or switches between the two once the program begins.

d.       Museum visits & M2050 course – Closed. We are not accepting any more students into this course or tour.

e.       City Tours package – We have very limited space left on this tour. If you are interested in this package, please email us by June 1^st.

4.       AIRLINE REGULATIONS:  The airline has issued new regulations regarding baggage fees for oversized luggage. Please refer to the link below to make sure you are keeping up-to-date with airline policies and regulations. 5.       COURSES:

a.       Please refer to our website for course syllabi and information regarding textbooks. The link can be found here - http://www.foreignstudy.com/mcourse.htm.

b.       Course selection must be made before June 1^st. After June 1^st and in Spain, changes are subject to course availability. Please make sure your correct courses are listed in your statement.

6.       PASSPORT: If you have not submitted your passport number, please do so immediately.

7.       ID PICTURE (Madrid program only): 4-week Madrid program participants are required to have an ID. If you have not done so, please send a headshot through email. If your most recent invoice does not include your picture, then we do NOT have it. Any students who leave to Spain without submitting a photo will pay 5 euros to have it processed abroad.

8.       ROOMMATE REQUESTS: We submit final rooming reports to all of our places of residence by June 1^st. If you have not submitted your request by then, it will not be guaranteed that you will be matched up with your request. Therefore, please submit your optional roommate request by JUNE 1^st.  If your most recent invoice does not include your roommate request, then we do NOT have it.

9.       FINAL BALANCE: For any participants who registered AFTER May1st, please note your final payment is due by May 31^st. For any participant who has not yet paid their balance and registered BEFORE May 1^st, a $75 late fee will be assessed after May 15^th. If you are on financial aid, and are waiting for financial aid disbursement, tell your study abroad representative at your university to send us a notice stating when you will receive your funds.  Everyone must have their account paid in full by May 17 (6-week program) or June 1 (4-week program).

10.   ACTIVITIES CALENDAR (Madrid program only): Attached to this newsletter is a tentative activities calendar for Madrid. The approximate time is included for each one so you can plan your trip accordingly. In Madrid, we will have sign-up lists for each activity. Payments will be collected the week prior to each activity.
