Check List and Reminders

• Excursions.  We are in the process of reviewing the space reserved for our optional excursions.  The excursion to Barcelona is getting full.  Very few spaces are available.  There is still space available in the tour to Lisbon.    If you are interested in any of the excursion, we urge you to register now so that we can reserve a space for you.

• ID picture (Madrid programs only).  Please send us via email a passport type photo as soon as possible.  We need your picture in order to issue your ID Card. The ID card is required for the tours and for the dining rooms in the Madrid dorms.  The ID cards will be distributed in Spain.

• Your statement.   Please correct the program price error  in your statement to reflect the 2008 prices as listed in the brochure.  The correct prices are as follows:  4 WEEK Programs - $3595    ***  6 WEEK Programs - $5395.  Our system has been updated/corrected and future invoices/statements will show the 2008 prices as indicated above.  Everyone will receive another invoice in mid April.

Review the last statement you received from us.  Make sure the rest of the information in your statement is accurate. The list below is a guideline. If you find errors in your statement, please send a correction via fax, e-mail, or letter immediately – corrections and/or changes must be in writing.

• Is your airline information accurate?   If you are making your own international transportation arrangements, please note that the Madrid/Paris leg is part of the international flight provided by Forspro; therefore, the flight from Madrid to Paris is not included if you are making your own flight arrangements.

• The name on the airline ticket has to be the same as the one that appears in your passport.  Is your name in Forspro's statement the same as the one in your passport?

 • Are your accommodations correct?  Do you have a roommate preference? If yes, please send us your request.

• Are your courses listed?  If not let us know immediately.  We are in the process of evaluating the enrollment and canceling those courses where there is insufficient enrollment.  Also, visit our web site and read the syllabus page.  Note:  In order to balance the enrollment in some of the languages classes offered in the afternoon and evening, we may have to move some individuals from afternoon classes to the evening or from the evening to the afternoon. 

• Do you have a passport?  If not, apply for one now.  If you do, have you sent us your passport number?

Forspro is now on MySpace! We encourage anyone with a MySpace account to add us to your friends so you can meet other participants going on the program with you to Spain.  Visit us at www.myspace.com/forspro. To be able to add us as a friend, you need to know our email address: Forspro@mail.foreignstudy.com.  This forum is used ONLY to encourage students to meet fellow participants before going to Spain.  If you have any questions regarding the program, please do not use MySpace.
